If you socket it on a 0.3 sec weapon, that's a +900 DPS from that alone. Fire Dragon scale = +233 to fire damage on weapon. Reiner's Gear : some of these items are OP. Smarter Gambler : indirectly it makes the game much more easier because you get uniques and legendaries way earlier on Power Skulls : I can't verify right now, but i'm quite sure most of these skulls are OP Potions and Spell Vendors : because of the speed buff potions
